Tickets purchased for the Event are refundable under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Organizer: If the Event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund, including the price of the ticket and any applicable service charges. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the ticket purchase.
- Refund Requests: Refunds will only be granted if requested before the 13th of October 2025. After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Event Postponement: If the Event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Event, you may request a refund within 7 days from the announcement of the new date. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our policy for cancellations.
